Hospitals of Hope is organized around a small, full-time U.S. staff. The Chief Executive Officer is in charge of the daily international operations and is accountable to the Board of Directors. In Bolivia, our hospital administrator oversees our 65-person staff in that country and is directly accountable to the CEO and Board in Wichita, Kansas. This has allowed the overall mission to stay consistent and has stream-lined the decision-making process.
The Board is a tight group of like-minded individuals that work together for the glory of God. The strength of Hospitals of Hope is found in prayer and the commitment of the Board to the goals of the ministry.
The CEO is directly responsible for the financial decisions of the ministry as outlined within the policy and procedures of the organization.
