In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Hospitals of Hope embarked on a transformative mission in and around Cochabamba, Bolivia. During that period, our efforts were dedicated to providing vital medical care through a small clinic located in Vinto, Bolivia. One of our significant achievements during that time was the construction of a hospital in Vinto, which, although no longer under the direct purview of Hospitals of Hope, remains a lasting testament to our commitment to the region. In the past, this Bolivian hospital served as a hub for both medical and non-medical volunteers, with over 1700 dedicated individuals participating in short-term missions to support patient care, construction projects, and community outreach initiatives. While our direct involvement in Bolivia has evolved, our legacy continues to inspire and contribute to the well-being of the local communities we once served.
